| | Call from your landline at Netelip rates | | | | | There are basically two ways to make calls from your landline using Netelip.
1.- Local Access. This option allows you to make phone calls using the Local Access Numbers of Netelip network.
If you are at home or abroad, you can keep on making phone calls with your Netelip account through the Local Access Numbers in the country where you are.
What do I need to use the Local Access?
1º Have an account in netelip.com 2º Have enough credit in order to make phone calls.
How does it work?
It´s easy; you will only should follow 2 or 3 steps: - Dial up the local access number wherever you are. If you are in Spain, please dial up 951202020. - Dial your customer number. If the telephone number where you are calling to ( "My associated numbers"), in your private area, you will be identified by our system, and this step will be omitted. - Dial up the telephone number you wish to call.
* Trick: If you have a flat rate for national calls, any call to our Access Local Number will be absolutely free. You will only pay for the calls made from Netelip network, which is very low, 0.015 €/min to more than 40 countries.

2.- Indirect Access (only available in Spain). This option let you make calls using Netelip rates through "Telefonica de España" landline, just by dialing the telephone number you wish to call preceded by a short code 104018.
What do I need to use the Indirect Access Number?
1º Have a "Telefónica de España" landline. 2º Have an account in netelip.com 3º Add your landline number to "My associated numbers" list on your private area. 4º Have enough credit to make phone calls.
How does it work?
It is very easy. Just dial the short code 104018, followed by the phone number you wish to call. For example, if you dial 104018698765432, then you are calling to the Spanish mobile number 698765432 at Netelip rates.
* This service increases in 0.01 €/min, the cost of the call. This charge is related to the call transit from "Telefonica de España" network to Netelip network. This cost will be only charged by Netelip. "Telefonica de España" will not charge anything for using this service. |
