| | Call from Internet | | | | | There are two ways to make and receive phone calls from your Internet connection.
1.- From your computer
Talk through our Netelip softphone, once it is installed on your PC, it will allow you to make and receive phone calls.
What do I need to use this service through my computer?
1º An Internet connection.
2º A headset.
3º Have installed our Netelip softphone.
4º Have an account on Netelip
5º Have enough credit in order to make phone calls or having acquired one free telephone number from us to receive phone calls.
How does it work?
It is very easy to use. Only dial the telephone number you wish to call to and talk. It works like a normal phone, both to make and receive calls
* Attention!. The computer should be switched on to keep active the VoIP phone line. Netelip network does not allow make any emergency call. For this purpose, we suggest an ordinary landline telephone or a mobile phone.
2.- Through a VoIP device.
Talk through a VoIP gateway or IP Phones connected to your Internet router. You could make and receive phone calls as a regular phone.
What do I need to use the service through an IP device?
1º An Internet connection through a router ( ADSL router or cable modem)
2º An IP Telephony or IP Gateway connected to a conventional telephone.
3º Have an account on Netelip
4º Have enough credit for calling or one of our free telephone numbers to receive phone calls.
How does it work?
* Attention!. It is not possible to dial emergency numbers. For that purpose, we suggest the use of a landline or mobile phone. |
